Tilehouse Retreats is hired on an exclusive-use basis, which means the catering is entirely yours to shape. We work alongside three independent private chefs, each with their own style, so you can match the food to the occasion.

Sofia Gallo is a Buckinghamshire-based Italian chef, cookery teacher and food stylist, bringing restaurant-quality Italian cooking to intimate settings. Alongside private dining she teaches hands-on classes, so the food can become part of the experience itself.

Designed to inspire movement, mindfulness and connection, our beautifully crafted wellness studio offers a luxurious setting for retreats, workshops and wellbeing experiences. With underfloor heating, adjustable ambient lighting, a premium speaker system and large bi-fold doors opening onto the courtyard, the studio creates a calm, light-filled space that blends seamlessly with the outdoors.
Comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests on mats, the studio is fully equipped with high-quality Yoga Matters mats, bolsters and blocks.
Guests are welcomed with infused waters, luxury wellness towels and premium toiletries, while a kitchenette, shower and W/C facilities ensure every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Perfect for yoga, pilates, sound baths, breathwork and corporate wellbeing events.
The Stables Studio
A beautifully designed wellness studio with underfloor heating and a calm, luxury feel throughout. The studio includes shower and W/C facilities, kitchenette area, towels, speaker system and adjustable lighting to create different moods and atmospheres.

The Stables Studio & Grounds
Includes full use of all outdoor spaces including the heated swimming pool, hot tub, sun loungers, beautifully presented gardens, terrace spaces, outdoor seating and dining areas, indoor changing facilities and towels. Guests also have access to our paddocks, woodland walks, streams, fire pit area and countryside footpaths throughout the estate.

Exclusive Venue Hire – Studio, Grounds & Farmhouse
Includes exclusive use of The Stables Studio, grounds and luxury farmhouse spaces, including kitchen and dining areas with use of kitchen facilities. We can also offer optional private chef experiences and tailored wellness add-ons to help create a completely bespoke retreat experience.

Woodlands
Ancient trees, dappled light and complete seclusion. Our private woodland offers a setting that cannot be recreated, only discovered.
Tucked within the wider estate, the woodland provides a quiet, wholly private stretch of countryside available to hire on its own or alongside our other spaces. Clearings open beneath the canopy, paths wind between mature trees, and the surrounding paddocks give space to build something more ambitious.
It lends itself naturally to photography and videography, where the changing light through the trees offers a backdrop that shifts hour by hour and season by season, well suited to fashion, brand and lifestyle shoots as well as film and music work. Beyond the lens, the woodland makes a memorable home for long-table dining beneath the branches, outdoor ceremonies and vow renewals, campfire gatherings and supper clubs, forest bathing, guided walks and open-air yoga, sound baths and meditation under the canopy, foraging and seasonal craft workshops, bushcraft days and corporate team-building, children's nature days and school visits, stargazing evenings, and open-air performances or intimate live music.
Exclusive use means complete privacy throughout, with parking, facilities and the option to combine the woodland with the farmhouse, studio or grounds for larger productions and multi-day events. If you have something in mind that is not listed here, we would be glad to hear it.

Woodland hire is quoted individually, as rates depend on the nature of your event, the size of your group and the time of year.
