Food is an important part of the Tilehouse Retreats wellness experience. Each retreat features nourishing, seasonal menus curated by our in-house chef, MasterChef finalist Sofia Gallo, using fresh, wholesome ingredients designed to support wellbeing and balance.

We are only 12 miles from Milton Keynes, 15 miles from Bicester and 32 mins from Euston train station.

Our retreats include a carefully curated blend of yoga, meditation, sound healing, mindful movement, forest bathing and relaxation. Optional treatments such as massage and holistic therapies are also available, allowing guests to personalise their experience and fully embrace a slower, more restorative pace.

Retreat Itinerary
Join us for a beautifully curated wellness day designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect.
Set within our peaceful countryside retreat, this experience offers the perfect opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in relaxation, mindfulness, and restoration.
Your day will include:
10:00am - Gather for Welcome in the Garden. Welcome drinks served with fresh, healthy summer blends. Guests are invited to wander the gardens, kick off their shoes and begin to slow down in the peaceful surroundings. Welcome gifts on arrival.
10:30am - Yoga with Ilona. A long, strong energising 90 minute vinyasa practice and relaxation.
12:00pm - A healthy and wholesome lunch. Nourishing seasonal dining served outdoors by the pool, curated by Master Chef finalist Sofia Gallo using fresh, local ingredients.
1:00pm - Free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, walk barefoot on the grass, lounge in the sun or dip in the pool.
2:30pm - Restorative/ yin yoga, journaling and meditation. Practices to turn inwards and reconnect with yourself.
3:30pm- Sound bathing with Flo Sound & Breathwork. Sink into deep relaxation with our guided sound bathing session with Jodie, designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
4:30pm - Herbal Teas and light grazing served by the pool
5:00pm - Farewells and take-home gifts. Close the retreat feeling relaxed, restored and reconnected with a thoughtful take-home gift to continue your wellbeing journey.
